IFS & Ba-Zi: Combining ancient and new parts work
The Lunar New Year (Chinese New Year) is quickly approaching! Ba-Zi has been a huge part of my life - I started learning about it in my European-American family when I was only a kid. To this day, we still stick to it, often commenting on each other’s animals to better understand what makes each other tick.
In honor of the New Year, I have created a worksheet that combines ancient parts work with modern parts work. My clients and I have found it to help organize our inner world and map out which parts belong to which animal. After doing this worksheet, my clients and I have felt more connected to our parts and more aware of what will make our inner world feel more at home.
Try it out and if there is enough interest, I would love to do another blog that goes more in depth about Ba-Zi and IFS.
