This is a continuing list of resources I have found that clients have appreciated for their perimenopause stage. Some of these resources will specifically be about menopause and others will be more general for grief, etc. but still beneficial for this stage in life.

Psychotherapists
I wanted to provide a place for your children, partner, etc. to find psychotherapist resources since perimenopause is a group effort! If your family needs places to process their life experiences, emotions, and more, here are great places to start:

Tawnie’s niche is young adults that experience depression, anxiety and/or OCD. She also has a background in substance use.

Minnesota
These state resources are places and people that I have personally gotten to know. I vet them based on how inclusive they are around body shape, age, race/ethnicity, disabilities, and gender. Also, I make sure they greet me in a safe way and that the people who work there and the atmosphere is safe to be in emotionally.
Perimenopause Therapy Group
Perimenopause Group Therapy with Katherine Linscott, LMFT (in-person location and rates coming soon)
Wellness & Medication Experts
These wellness experts are both located in southern MN. If you know of any other wellness places or medical spas that you would like me to vet, please reach out to me. I have these resources here for you if you want them.
